another barge opportunity

Possible Barge Shares and Extra 5/8″ minus gravel

Hi,
We have a barge coming over on July 11th at noon from Roche to Stuart. It will have a Browne Lumber delivery truck on it, but there should be extra room both ways if you are looking for a share.
On July 22nd around 8:30am we have a Barge coming over with a load of Gravel (5/8″ minus) we are getting 5 cubic yards of which we only need about 3. If someone is interested in the extra, I am happy to have them dump it at your place for $100.

Also looking for help digging some shallow footing holes around July 12th, happy to pay for the help.

Hello fellow Stuart Islanders,
 Another season  has rolled around and it’s time again for our annual meeting on Sunday May 26th at 10:00AM at the community hangar.  There also will be a board meeting on Saturday, May 25th at 10:00AM at the community hangar.
 We will be discussing our usual business including the roads, ramp, runway, dock, fire systems, emergency medical procedures, community property and the burn pile. We review and determine the budget and discuss other issues surrounding our great community. There is an organized effort for some fun fundraising this year so don’t miss out. It’s also that time again for election of new board members.
 This year following the annual meeting at 1:00PM we’re going to have Dr. Mike Sullivan (Medical Director of San Juan County EMS), possibly the new chief of the EMS system for San Juan County and the sheriff’s boat arrive to review with us services available for medical evacuation. This will be a very informative and important presentation as all of the information will be from the source and current.
 We look forward to seeing everyone at all of the meetings and having a great summer.

I received this from Harbor Propane….

Hi, Stuart Island owners Harbor Propane will be delivering to Stuart and Johns Island both this Spring and this Fall.  The Spring deliverywill be Wednesday May 1st, Thursday May 2nd, and or Friday May 3rd.
Also the price of propane will be lower by then, as the as the higherwinter costs are coming down.  Customers and residents of Stuart 
Island can call or email Harbor Propane.

Barge Share??

Hey is anyone looking to use the barge any time soon?  Mike and Heather need something brought over – contact them if you can work together.  Here is their note..
