Thanks for the update! As the conditions change coming into the wet season, does anyone know of a way to get an idea of runwayconditions? Maybe whoever has the male contract would be a good resource. Happy holidays to everyone

Hi Mark. I encourage pilots to let us know re conditions, and when I hear I post here on the website. When I go up, I usually make some kind of pirep re conditions. But I know you know, once the rains start just assume it is slippery and soft. Denny is on island and he usually lets me know if it is not good. That said, the big warning that we always put out there is that we have no real notam provider and there is no guarantee that bad conditions will be on the website anywhere.

Hi Greg, thanks for the response. We’re always leary after around mid October and assume it’s soft up there. It’s sure better to be safe than sorry.
