Stuart Island Airway Park Property Owner’s Association

During the July 5 board meeting the board adopted a proposal that is intended to improve the way that we, as a neighborhood, take on community projects. Our desire is to present our membership with a method that will clearly define the intent and cost associated with ideas that our neighbors have that they believe will enhance our community.

NEW PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM

Find below the format for presenting a new project for the property owner’s consideration. Each requirement has details of what is needed in order to complete the section. If you need additional support please contact the Board representative responsible for assisting new project proposals.

After completion you will be required to present the project to the Board of Trustees. After review with the Board you may be required to refine your proposal before it can be submitteded to the property owners for approval.

Thank you for takng the time to fully develop your project plans. This will enhance your ability to gain approval for new projects, as the owners will be able to clearly understand the project intent and costs.
