Summer is here and the Memorial Day events are coming up.  The Board meeting will be on Saturday, May 26th – the Owners meeting and the ever popular potluck will be on Sunday, May 27th.

Ken changed dates for his barge – May 14 at 1:30pm at Roche ramp. Ken

Also, I have the Humpback scheduled to leave Roche on Friday, 4/27 at 4pm.  It will go to Stuart pretty full, but return from Stuart back to Roche empty.

And then it is scheduled to depart from Roche and come over to Stuart empty, and return to Roche pretty full, on the afternoon of 4/30.

Hi All,

The runway has improved with the drier weather. It is still wet in the usual places, and slippery there.  The area near the community builiding is coned off, it is really soft there still. 

The Olsons have a buildable lot for sale – Click on “neighborhood” and go to the “Buying or Selling Property..” section.

Also, anyone else that has any property they would like me to post on the website let me know.  Believe it or not there have been a couple successful sales as a result of this website.

I caught Heather and Mike Olson fixing it last week.  From all of us pilots, Thanks.

On a different note here is an interesting view of the east end from above.  Its really wet down there.

Ken Snyder is making arrangements for a barge on May 11 or 12.  It might save you both some $ to share the trip.

The Humpback will be in the shipyard for maintenance this year starting March 14  through March 25.

Hi All,

We close the runway for at least 1 day every year.  This year that date is Tuesday, December 5, 2017.

I haven’t been up there in a couple weeks, but with all the rain I am betting the runway is again wet and slippery.  Please be careful using the runway.
